We are pleased that you have chosen to visit our online educational platforms and become part of the BLE Schools educational community. BLE Schools and its affiliates include BLE Academy, Preference Academy, Wollingsford Academy, BLE Academy International, BLE Enterprises, and Nexus Noire (collectively referred to as “BLE Schools”).

Our goal is to make the BLE Schools websites (including all affiliated webpages and platforms, the “Sites”) a vibrant and positive space for students, parents, educators, alumni, and others interested in BLE Schools' educational programs. The following Terms and Conditions (“Site Terms”) govern your use of our Sites. By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may have additional rights regarding the removal of content you submit to the Sites.

1. Access and Eligibility

The BLE Schools Sites are intended for use by students, prospective students, parents, alumni, instructors, staff, and individuals interested in BLE Schools’ services. Some areas of the Sites are open to the public, but participation in certain activities and the Student Portal is restricted to registered users, including students, parents, educators, and authorized third parties.

To register, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• If between 14 and 18 years old, provide written parental or guardian authorization for registration.

BLE Schools reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the Sites for any reason.

2. Collection and Use of User Information

BLE Schools collects personal information through the Sites, including:

• Personal Information provided by users during registration.

• Non-Personal Information (e.g., IP addresses, browser type, pages visited).

• Financial Information for tuition payments and purchases.

• Student Records, such as coursework, academic progress, and communications.

 

BLE Schools' Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and store this data. By using the Sites, you accept the BLE Schools Privacy Policy as part of these Terms.

 

3. Site Content and Intellectual Property

The BLE Schools Sites contain various forms of content, including educational materials, text, images, videos, discussion forums, and instructional tools. All content on the Sites is owned or licensed by BLE Schools and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may:

• View, print, or download content only for personal, non-commercial use.

You may NOT:

• Copy, distribute, republish, sell, or modify BLE Schools’ content.

• Use any content to cheat on assignments, exams, or coursework.

• Use BLE Schools’ trademarks, service marks, or logos without permission.

 

4. Content Contributions and Posting Rules

Users may contribute to BLE Schools Sites through discussion forums, comments, and shared educational content. Content should be respectful, original, and appropriate. Prohibited content includes:

• Offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing material.

• False, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Unauthorized advertisements or promotions.

• Viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

 

BLE Schools does not actively monitor user-generated content but reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

 

5. Student Portal Access & Academic Integrity

Students enrolled in BLE Schools educational programs receive access to the Student Portal, which contains course materials, assignments, and other academic resources. Students must:

• Comply with BLE Schools’ academic integrity policies.

• Not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or sharing exam materials.

• Not share their Student Portal login credentials with anyone.

 

Academic dishonesty or improper use of the Student Portal may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from BLE Schools.

 

6. Communications and Interactions

BLE Schools Sites provide communication tools for students, instructors, and users to engage in discussions. However:

• BLE Schools does not monitor private communications but may review messages for security and compliance.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that their messages comply with these Terms.

• Harassment, threats, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

 

7. No Refund Policy

All payments made to BLE Schools and its affiliates are final and non-refundable, including:

• Tuition payments (whether paid in full or installments).

• Enrollment fees, course materials, and digital resources.

• Subscription-based programs, including Homeschool FLEX.

 

If a student withdraws from BLE Private, Wollingsford Academy, Preference Academy, or BLE Academy International, they are still responsible for the full tuition amount unless expressly waived in writing by BLE Schools.

 

Homeschool FLEX Program Exception:

• Homeschool FLEX operates on a month-to-month subscription.

• Access to student records is only available while an active subscription is in place.

• Once a subscription is canceled, students lose access to the system and all student records.

 

8. Third-Party Links and External Content

BLE Schools Sites may contain links to third-party websites. BLE Schools:

• Does not control or endorse external websites.

• Is not responsible for third-party content, security, or privacy practices.

 

Users should review third-party terms and privacy policies before engaging with those sites.

 

9. Termination of Access

BLE Schools may terminate or suspend user access to the Sites at any time, for any reason, and without notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Failure to meet financial obligations.

• Academic dishonesty or misconduct.

• Unauthorized use of BLE Schools content or trademarks.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

BLE Schools provides the Sites on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

• That content is always accurate, reliable, or complete.

• That the Sites are free from viruses or security threats.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLE Schools is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Sites.

 

11. Indemnification

By using the Sites, you agree to indemnify and hold BLE Schools and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Sites.

• Your contributions of content.

• Your violation of these Terms.

 

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
